hello, i'm ~duck (he/they)! i am based in the uk, and in my day job i work
with young people who are underrepresented in higher education. when i'm not
doing that you'll find me listening to music, taking photos, playing the
piano, or learning about languages.

things i am especially enjoying at the moment:
- a lot of music at the moment! especially the album crux by djo.
- a game of thrones, the book.
- photography - getting back into it after a long break. will be posting
photos on mastodon!
- dnup, a fast-paced card-shedding game in which cards have different
values depending on the orientation in which you hold them.
things that i think are cool:
- toki pona is a minimalist language
with a very small vocabulary. sina ken toki pona la o toki tawa mi!
- lipu tenpo is a magazine
published entirely in toki pona.
- city roads is a fun
site that will render every road in a given region as an svg.
